What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to run the site, keep you signed in, and — only with your consent — to understand how the site is used.
How we categorize them
- Strictly necessary — required for the site and portal to work (security, sessions). These are always on and don't need consent.
- Analytics — optional. They help us see which pages are useful. We only set these after you opt in.
You control optional cookies through the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. By default, analytics stay off until you accept.

The exact Google and Cal.com cookie names and durations are set by those providers; see their own documentation for current details. reCAPTCHA is used for security on the contact form and guest comments; if you prefer not to use it, you can contact us by email or comment while signed in to the portal instead.
Browser storage (similar technologies)
Some features save small amounts of data in your browser's local storage or session storage. This data stays on your device — it isn't sent to us — and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings. Because it's needed for the feature you're using, it doesn't require consent.

Managing cookies
- Use our cookie banner / Cookie preferences link to accept or reject analytics.
