Cron Expression Parser & Builder — User Guide

The Cron Expression Parser & Builder is a utility for translating 5-field cron schedule expressions into clear human-readable descriptions and computing future execution dates.

Features

  1. Plain-English Explainer: Translates expressions like */15 * * * * into "Every 15 minutes" or 0 9 * * 1-5 into "At 9:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday".
  2. Upcoming Run Timestamps: Computes the next 10 or 25 upcoming execution timestamps with relative time countdowns (e.g. in 12 mins, in 2 days).
  3. Visual Builder Wizard: Construct cron expressions visually with minute, hour, day-of-month, month, and weekday controls.
  4. Categorized Presets: 1-click presets covering frequent, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and annual execution schedules.
