Global Timezone Converter & World Clock — User Guide

A suite of tools for real-time global time tracking, 48 half-hour timezone conversion grid, and international meeting planning across 400+ global locations.

Features & How to Use

1. Classic Conversion Table (DaySchedule Style)

  • Interactive 48 Half-Hour Columns: Horizontal timeline displaying 48 half-hour slots (12am, 12:30am, 1am ... 11:30pm).
  • Click-to-Convert: Click any half-hour slot to convert and highlight local times across all city rows simultaneously.
  • Date Navigator & 12h/24h Switch: Change dates with ← Today → or toggle between 12-hour AM/PM and 24-hour display.

2. Live World Clocks (Global Time Checker)

  • 1-Second Live Ticker: View live digital clocks updating in real-time.
  • Day/Night Badges: Visual Sun (☀️) and Moon (🌙) indicators based on local hours.
  • GMT/UTC Offsets & Relative Days: View exact UTC offset (e.g. UTC+05:30) and relative day badges (Today, Tomorrow +1d).
  • 300+ Cities Search: Search and add any city or country timezone.

3. Timezone Converter & 24h Meeting Planner

  • Interactive 24-Hour Slider: Drag the 24-hour slider to convert any hour across all added cities simultaneously.
  • 24-Hour Visual Timelines: Color-coded timeline bars showing Green (Work Hours 9-5), Amber (Shoulder Hours 7-9 & 5-8), and Dark (Night).
  • Meeting Overlap Score: Instant indicator (e.g. 🟢 Great Meeting Window: 6/7 locations in work hours) to find optimal meeting times for remote teams.
